~The CSI Crusaders are a bunch of 12 year old 7th graders who have magical superpowers and use them to become heroes to fight the crime and solve them too in problems that involve their school or their lives, both past, present, and future. However, no normal citizen or news media knows of them. This is kept between them, their families, and their school, and they plan to keep it that way. But this is not your normal team of superheroes. These superheroes all have interesting back stories, unique personalities, and "interesting" and "adventurous" ways of going on their missions.~
It's the day before Halloween, and a real horror has come upon these 7th graders. During their Halloween snack party, their teacher, out of nowhere, drops to the ground. Soon, everyone else in their school except the,selves does the same, and then everyone in New York! Even the authorities have fallen victim. It's up to the Crusaders to find out what is going on and soon. But on their mission, there have been many events happening. With the new students finding about their powers, one of them having to learn how to drive a car, a battle between their teachers, and even more bizarre, and unexpected encounter. Will they solve this mystery and stop whoever is behind this from poisoning all of the U.S.A? They might...but it has the tragic cost of a life.

Elliot's partner was his whole world, but after Allan's death, his ghost haunts Elliot's dreams. Everyone tells Elliot to move on, but he isn't sure he can.

It's been a year since the love of Elliot's life, Allan, passed away. Everyone thinks he should have recovered after that much time, but Allan still haunts Elliot every night. He struggles to maintain relationships with his family, and despite a coworkers interest he can't summon up the courage to date. Elliot is living for the past, because to live for the present means he'll have to live with a hole in his heart. But the question Elliot has to face chases him through his monotonous days: is mourning Allan with everything he has truly living?
