Celeste Gray thought it would be nice to stay in a cabin in the woods. Being able to be alone, left with her thoughts, finding nature, and the nice cozy feeling of warmth were what she needed. Which led her to book/rent out a cabin for the whole month of December. Spending the holidays alone shouldn't be too bad. I mean, there's a reason she's alone in the first place; this is what she needed to move on with her life. So everything should be fine. Celeste was wrong about that because the moment she decided to take that trail in the woods, she knew she fucked up. Especially when she saw Santa Clause, not dropping off gifts, not with his reindeer or his sleigh, but standing over a dead body. She just saw Santa kill someone. Ji-Cheol Kim is not your average man, he does something for a living that is not for everyone, but someone has to do it, especially when it's getting justice in a way for people who deserve justice done that way. He was doing his job, which he is very good at when someone who wasn't supposed to be there ended up being there. Now his plans have changed, which led him to do something he doesn't mind doing, finally being able to spend the holidays with someone. Even if the person doesn't want that, she has no choice but to accept it. Neither of them was expecting this to happen. Two people from different worlds who ended up bumping into each other are now spending the holidays together. This was far from being a Christmas miracle. Winter loved cold weather, but most importantly, the thing that came with it. Christmas! She's just a 24 year old that believes in Santa Claus and the North Pole, but when an earth-shattering event happens the morning of Christmas Eve, Winter finds her mood dampened. Christmas magic will send her a special visitor that just might give her the dose of Christmas cheer she needs. ... I grabbed my metal bat (the one I was going to use to beat the shit out of Ben's car, but I got too scared) from the side of my nightstand and held it up, gripping the handle. Sweet Lord I was about to attack whoever was in my house and I was nervous as hell. I smoothed down my red, silk nightie and took a deep breath before opening my door silently. My heart was thumping in my chest as I made my way to where the noise was located-the living room. I gulped and turned the corner, seeing a tall, slender figure standing in front of my sad, little Christmas tree that I had kicked over in rage over an hour ago. The lamp light illuminated him vaguely, accenting his fit body and dark hair. The figure, clearly male, sighed and picked up the sunken tree, setting it upright. I frowned and stood still, my knuckles white from gripping the bat so hard. The man ran his hand across the pines and the tree immediately raised taller. My mouth fell open and my eyes widened; how did he do that?! He reached over to a bag and took out several things, placing them under the tree-Wait...were those presents? Could this be... The figure turned and let out a frightened Yelp, triggering my own. The man backed up and almost tripped over his bag as I also tried retreat, whipping my body around so fast I hit myself in the forehead with my own bat. I fell to the floor and groaned as I clutched the tender skin of my head, rolling to the side. I hadn't noticed the man making his way towards me cautiously. "Um, Winter, are you alright?" He asked. "I'm Nick Claus."

Once upon a time, I was your typical good girl, doing my job like a total elf star, no complaints. Even with the little "gift" I was born with (aka my disability), I handled life pretty well. Ever since I plopped myself down on Santa's lap at my office party and made a special wish, it's been one yule disaster after another! And now, I'm stuck in this sleigh ride from hell with that red-suited nightmare, forced to follow him wherever he jingles. Sure, he might be a total angel under that fake beard-mysterious and all-but I'm not about to let myself get wrapped up like some Christmas present under the tree. My brain's still in one piece, thanks. So, seriously, sweet baby Jesus, how did a nice executive assistant like me end up sleighing through this wild holiday misadventure full of danger, romance, and all the holly jolly chaos of Christmas?!
