AU Modern day FOURTRIS! Tris: a college student and waitress by day, but dirty dancer at a club called Dauntless by night. She is looking for a way out, but what happens when she meets a mysteriously handsome young man with dark blue eyes assisting her English class, and then sees him again at the club? The universe can be really cruel sometimes. Bit of a slowburn.

Side Note: Some of the places/locations named in the story, are made up, and some are true. I will try to point out as many as I can in the specific chapters they're located in. Also, the original Divergent story line and characters DO NOT belong to me. However, this storyline and specific setting do belong to me. I'm sure there are other similar "stripper/dancing/club" stories out there like mine which is perfectly fine, but this story IS MINE.

We walk into the school, it's our first day so far and everyone has turned their attention toward us. We chose to wear all black today so we can have that bad look We strut our way to the front entrance As we walk, people have their mouths hung open They move so we have a lot of room to walk And they can't get trampled over We stop walking and turn around They start to slowly back away from us All the sudden scared " We're called Dauntless alright, and if you have a problem with that make sure you tell us that to our faces because we're the popular ones here now ok?" Life in Dauntless without the war. Its hard to explain without spoilers, but this has many different things from other fanfics. Including Tris sharing an apartment with Christina, working as a tattoo artist, a new festivity call the 5 Weeks of Factions, a memory loss and lots of FourTris! *I made this in February of 2014 and it's not my best work, but a lot of people seem to like it, and that's the only reason I've kept it up. I opened my eyes to see a dozen more staring right back, it was like standing in the hall of mirrors. I look down at myself and see dirt on my arm, I rub at it but it won't come off. I look at my other arm and see the same thing, just lighter, I rub that too. My eyes adjust to the sudden change of light and I can see that it wasn't dirt, they're tattoos. I look down at my shirt and I can see another one on my collarbone. I have no idea who I am, Beatrice? Tris. My name's Tris. but that's all I know. I have tattoo's, they link to my past life. But I have no idea what they mean. Tris wakes up alone in a box but after she wakes up from a nap, she is greeted with many eyes, brown eyes, green eyes, but the ones that caught Tris' eye was a striking pair of blue ones, them eyes belonged to Newt. +++ Tris doesn't remember being Divergent after being given the memory serum, or as they know it as, the swipe. She doesn't remember Uriah, Zeke, Tobias, Will, Christina. Dauntless. What happens when some of her memories of Dauntless come back? of her inside the walls, the Chicago walls? Beatrice [Tris] Prior- A good girl who gets good grades, stays at home, lives alone, and hates Four [Tobias] Eaton. Four [Tobias] Eaton- Bad boy who gets semi decent grades, reckless, lives with an abusing father, and hates Beatrice [Tris] Prior. Now this is where an author would usually say something like, "Will they get together or will it be a nightmare? Read to find out." Well as you predicted YES they get together. It wouldn't really be a wattpad story if they didn't. But I will tell you this; just because they get together doesn't mean there won't be any obstacles or disasters, because there are plenty of disasters and obstacles that they as a couple will face. Oh and don't forget about the other characters too! Will and Chris. Marlene and Uriah. Shauna and Zeke. Lynn. And the dreaded Al. They have stuff going on too. The light also shines on them, so if I were you, I would buckle in, and hold on tight for this emotional rollercoaster. A Divergent fanficion In this fanfiction, Tris and Tobias meet in Abnegation. The basic plot of Divergent, Tris transferring to Dauntless and her and Four falling in love are still happening, but in different order and with my own twist to it. Like many fanfics, the war doesn't happen in this, but many twists, dangers and people from the past try to stop Fourtris's happiness.
