We are what we are, so why should we change to fit into society's ideal mold?

Let us be weird, crazy, nerdy, odd, smart and rebellious because since when is it a bad thing?  Why let people tell us who we are and who we should be? Why not be who we are and embrace it and be confident about it? Well, because we've been taught it's not okay to be us and that we should fit into the mold that was created for us. Yeah. Well. No. More.
