Everly Wescott is new to Woodstock, Vermont. She feels completely lost and as no idea where she is going or doing. Her dad is an unknown lawyer, looking for a place to start his business. He knows Everly is having a hard time over the summer, but he is always gone and can't really hep her out since hes always in neighboring towns, looking for jobs to take up. Everly does accomplish making friends with her next-door-neighbor, Cyrus McKay, who develops feelings for Everly. But when school finally starts, Everly is making more friends than she could have ever imagined! Among these friends is the bad-boy Austin Hayes.
Austin starts flirting with Everly, she decides to make the troublemaker hers, despite her friends' warnings. Everly and Austin go through hardships and pains. But what happens when Cyrus decides to help her try to mend all the broken Plans and Promises?

Both of her parents are super rich and try and see who can buy her the best expensive thing. Miranda really doesn't like to be fawned over..at all. She's really low key. One summer, her mom moves to Paris and wants her to fly down to visit her. On the plane ride there, she meets a super cute guy in first class. But then, things turn upside down...literally.
