The village of Grecorgia is a bleak and harsh place, the lake is cold, the woods are dark and the castle is a prison where the young prince is trapped. Scarlet, is on the verge of womanhood, she hasn't bled yet but she soon will and after that things will change. It's a tough time for all the adolescents whom live in Grecorgia and when the darkness stays they will have to choose between life and innocence.

I hope you enjoy this book, Its based on grimm's fairytales. And when I say based I mean lightly as a lot of the characters have been adapted and their stories intertwine. In such a way that you will never be able to think of Cinderella or Red Riding Hood, the same again.

"A single night can change the course of your entire life." . . . [Yandere Prince x Female Reader] Once upon a time, in the tiny kingdom of Vascini, there lived a beautiful girl by the name of Y/N Magnifico. Y/N was born into one of the five most influential families in the whole country, but as the years passed the cruelty of her father only grew. Eventually, Y/N was forced to become a maid in her own home, and serve her new stepmother, and stepsisters. Y/N had given up hope for ever escaping her wicked family, until one day, a kind and handsome stranger rescued her and brought her to the Castle Vascini. Once there she discovered that her rescuer was actually the Royal Tutor, who had been ordered to find the prince a bride in the next three months. Indebted to the man for saving her from her terrible situation, Y/N had no choice but to agree to the tutor's crazy plan to turn her into the perfect bride for the prince. But what if this plan ended up working a bit too well? Despair and hopelessness lay behind her, while trickery, danger, and obsession wait in masquerade for Y/N. Will she be able to survive this re-telling of an old fairytale and life long enough to find true love, or will something much more twisted take its place? ⚠WARNING⚠ there will be a few mature themes in the book including (but not limited to): -domestic violence and abuse -trickery -sexual references -violence -mental illness -politics -murder -manipulation -obsession -gore Reader discretion is advised. ~J. The Tragic Tale of Cinderella

12 parts Complete

All fairy tales are supposed to end happily ever after, no? What if they were just lies? The truths behind those tales could be as black as the night for all you know. Maybe you think I'm just a skeptic, a hardened old man who just doesn't see the magic anymore. Well, you'd be right on both accounts. Don't let me dampen your love of stories and how the world works. But for those of you who seek the truth and want to know more, I invite you to listen to my tale. For I was there when that awful woman Lady Tremaine took control of my former lord's manor. I saw the depths of evil that lived inside her. And most importantly, I saw the girl you call Cinderella change from beloved daughter to fierce warrior. Before there was princes and love, there was heartbreak and war. My name's John and I was just a stable boy, but I was there and was able to chronicle The Tragic Tale of Cinderella.
