Faire's Bowe is a small town. Everyone knows everyone -- there are no secrets. When Jack Bunker laid eyes on Rachel Hardin he knew he'd have to have her. He lured her in, took her life, and took the life of her best friend, Hannah Simons as well. Frank Spellman, Hannah's ex-boyfriend, suspects Jack as the murderer of Hannah and Rachel. He goes to Officer Davis (an officer who believes Jack was behind the murders as well) and plans to prove that Jack is the killer and to let the others he's murdered have justice.
