Finding Words

Kelsea is a twenty-eight-year-old relationship virgin who writes for the romance section in her town's local magazine. She has never dated, never been kissed, and has never been in any intimate relationship with anyone except for her very cute and very loyal husky, Mr. Buns. She is by all means inexperienced when it comes to romantic relationships-- and the only reason why Kelsea is even there in the so-called 'love' section no matter how ironic her state is, is because everyone agrees that she has talent, and, they've got no one else that can write as convincingly as she does. Her boss-slash-editor-in-chief, Patrick, sees potential in her and believes that one day she will have her break in the writing industry. When he discovered that she had been harboring a five-year-long-overdue secret crush on her close friend Gabe (a.k.a the town's most handsome and promising bachelor, also known for being the master heartbreaker, and every woman's beautiful nightmare) he had a plan set in motion, a plan for Kelsea's soon-to-be Big Break. But little did they know that the plan was going to backfire at the last minute, and Kelsea will be forced to let go of this huge opportunity-- a promotion in her career as a writer-- and take on the biggest break of her life as she goes on this great adventure to find her heart and her words again in a foreign land.
