Although Panem no longer is fighting for freedom, a new war has begun. The seventy-sixth Hunger Games will happen, and the Capitol's children shall participate. Berenice Maple was the daughter of a highly successful actor in the Capitol. The master of television drama, but none of this matters when she and her sister are selected as two of the twenty-four children unlucky enough to play in the final installment of the Hunger Games. Can there be hope in a not only a country so bleak, but the future that awaits her?

The Hunger Games
In a dystopian future, the totalitarian nation of Panem is divided into 12 districts and the Capitol. Each year two young representatives from each district are selected by lottery to participate in The Hunger Games. Part entertainment, rutal retribution for a past rebellion, the televised games are broadcast throughout Panem. The 24 participants are forced to eliminate their competitors while the citizens of Panem are required to watch. When 16-year-old Katniss' young sister, Prim, is selected as District 12's female representative, Katniss volunteers to take her place. 16-year-old Aspen, Katniss' best friend, is selected as District 3's representative. Aspen, Katniss and her male counterpart, Peeta, are pitted against bigger, stronger representatives, some of whom have trained for this their whole lives.Complete

The Capitol Games
After the rebellion of Panem lead by Katniss Everdeen, President Paylor declares one Hunger Games. But a different way. Six boy and six girls will be selected from the Capitol and do the Hunger Games in the 74th Hunger Games arena. The only big difference: no one dies. Each child, from 12-18 years old, will play until injured, not killed. Aria Bix, a young, 14-year-old daughter of an ex-Gamemaker, is chosen. Previous victors hold her fate as the Gamemakers. 5 days of training is all she gets for her life-changing event. The daughter of the games
In this Hunger Games fan fiction, we follow the story of Grace Frost, a 16-year-old girl from District 12 who was reaped for the 76th Hunger Games. Grace is not particularly skilled in hunting or combat, but she has a likable personality that makes her popular among her peers. Before leaving for the games, Grace asks Katniss, the winner of the 74th Hunger Games, to take care of her daughter, Faith Anderson, in case she does not make it back. Katniss agrees to the request, knowing all too well the pain of losing loved ones in the games. The 76th Hunger Games are unique in that they are taking place during a time of increasing rebellion against the Capitol. As the games progress, Grace realizes that she has become a symbol of hope for the people, much like Katniss did in the previous games. She uses her popularity and charm to win the support of other tributes and the Capitol audience. Meanwhile, Katniss and other rebels are working behind the scenes to support Grace and use her as a symbol to rally more people to their cause. They know that the Capitol will do everything in their power to prevent a repeat of the 74th games, where a tribute from District 12 emerged victorious. As the games come to a close, Grace finds herself facing off against another tribute from District 12, a tribute who has been trained specifically to take her down. It's a tense and brutal battle, but in the end, Grace manages to emerge victorious, becoming the first tribute from District 12 to win the Hunger Games twice. However, the victory is bittersweet, as Grace is haunted by the deaths of her father and James Anderson, the father of her daughter, and she knows that the Capitol will not take her defiance lightly. With the help of Katniss and other rebels, Grace begins to plan her next moves, knowing that the fate of her daughter and the entire district is at stake.Complete
