This book will is about the trials of the dragon war between the Slex who would learn to speak to the dragons, and the ones who wished for all of the dragons to die. The Dragon's son is a young Slex child that was taken in by the Dragon king Srondigorn, when he was no more than a tiny infant after his parents were killed in one of the last battle since he was born. Raised in the wilds of the Dragon Grove young Madoxx learned to speak the many languages of the creatures that lived in the wild. Known as the the Speaker of the Wilds by the Dragon Speakers, and the Dragons son by the Slex. Caught in the middle of the war, Maddox must learn to survive in the war against his kin and his family, only knowing the few who frequently visited his father, he must learn what is right and wrong. Traveling around with Teleri, who is like Maddox's adopted sister, a small Black wolf cube with bright blue eyes, and her sister Selena a small white wolf with striking yellow eyes. But after a while new war begins, and Srondigorn disappears, leaving the Dragons and Dragon Speakers left to find their king and for Maddox to find and reunite his family.
