Imagine a world where we're so outnumbered we can't just survive by our own instincts any more. Where we're not the lead predator, the hunter.
 
But now, we're the hunted. 

At age eighteen we take a final test after six years of special school training. This test is to find out what animal we are most like and need in our body to survive this new world.  They then put a chip into our heart though surgery with the DNA of the animal matched with us. Everyone gets one specific animal.
Everyone except me. 
I'm different. My test. Inconclusive. 

They couldn't just figure out just one animal. So the installed all. Not on purpose though. Because if they did. That makes they traitors. a rebel. Because of what they did I have immense power over others. Over everyone.

Some call it a curse.

Some would call it a blessing and would do anything to get the power.

So that's why They are after me. The Missionaries. The leaders of the world. All after me. 

Only thing I know they don't know.
