Imagine that, when you went to sleep, your dreams weren't dreams. Instead, you entered an entirely different dimension, ripe with magical creatures and danger around every corner. You can meet new people, go on adventures, and everything is real when you wake. Everything. Even injuries. This is what sixteen year old Asher Shatkin's reality looks like. After winning a football game, Asher falls asleep and finds himself in what appears to be yet another dream, so he's caught completely off guard when the dragon he sees turns out to be completely real and he has to run for his life.
