Conner hates his life. He's part of a lowly clan in America, and worse than that, he's the omega. Yeah. Omega. His life SUCKS. But he knows something good has got to be coming, because ever since he started high school, he's smelled his mate. Every day, he goes through his schedule looking for her, with no luck. How could it be so hard? Her scent never got any stronger or dimmer, and it has a weird twinge to it, but Conner still has hope, even though it's the end of the first semester of his senior year. Hopefully, next semester he'll have a class with her. Kali is different from the rest of her family. And the world. She's a magick, but instead of only having one elemental power, she has all of them. It doesn't help she's also only seventeen. As the next leader of the magicks, there's a lot of responsibility for her. She's ready for it. Always has been. Then second semester came, and everything that once was important to her started to change. Kali and Conner both have no idea what's coming for them. But nothing will prepare them for when they both meet. As they discover the truth about each other, they discover the truth of it all. Love, however difficult it may seem sometimes, is not a fight, but it is something worth fighting for. (The theme song for this entire story is Love is Not A Fight by Warren Barfield. Listening to it actually inspired this whole thing somehow.)

Rose had everything a girl could wish for, she had a loving mom, and best friends who were always by her side and one thing she loved the most is horses. But it all came crashing down when her mom got in a car accident on her way to see her ride. *1 month later* She moves in with her dad who she hasn't seen in 10 years since he left when she was 7 years old and she's hated him ever since. When she gets there she wants nothing to do with him. Still hurting from her mom's accident and thinking it was her fault her mom ended up dying and now to go on top of that she has to live with the dad that abandoned her all those years ago. She also lost interest in riding horses, too until she meets the three most snobby, rich kids named Madison, Bonnie, and Lucy, who think they are better than everyone when it comes to riding horses, but Rose sure doesn't think she is. Rose thinks she can beat them, so Rose challenges her and tells her that she can beat her, so they make a deal, but the one think Rose didn't think of was that she stopped ridding because of her mom's accident and that means she has to get back on a horse. At first she doesn't think she can until a beautiful grayish white mustang comes to her dad's farm, who Rose names later as Stardust. Rose finally realizes that she can do this alone, she's going to need help from her father to help her get back on and also have help from the new cute boy, Austin who's helping for his community service. At first he doesn't want to be there, but eventually finds a reason to stay. Rose has had a good life up until the day of the accident, but now she's got to face loss, and heartbreak, but she's got to learn to get back in the race. This story holds romance, family, trust, understanding the past, and conquering your fears. *Read to find out more, I know it may sound boring from the description, but it's really not. I hope you try to read it and see that it's really good, and touching sorta. So just try to love it.*
