As the story begins, we see Jelai (Empress) is in the car by a lake. Suddenly, she panics as she hears a horring sound that cause her to escape from the car and run while raining. The sounds can't stop, she's so afraid that turns to beg for help. After that incident, she knew that the ghost bothering her is still following her at this time.......
Sometime later, a businesswoman Alex (Kim Chiu) is planning for a reunion of their college batch with her close friends Mico (Robi Domingo), Will (Kean Cipriano), Shine (Melai Cantiveros) and Paul (Enrique Gil).
But before this, Alex started to feel mysteries where she didn't have any clue what it is... Until, her mother's fortune teller told her that a spirit is distracting her and this is a sign that there is an upcoming danger in her life. But for what reason?!
Until the day of their reunion, Alex, Mico, and Will ride in one car they didn't join the other trip where Shine and Paul are together. But suddenly, they passed on the wrong road and trap on a village where they meet another victim of trap Jelai. The four of them stayed on a abandoned house where many people are saying that every person entering that house will not reach the day.
Suddenly, after the horror experiences in that house everybody survive. The story unfolds.
