The year is 2030, the country of America was taken over the great European militia and renamed Area 11. In a time of mass chaos, Maxwell Allen finds himself meet a very strange girl, Vivian. When Vivian's different thoughts on life in the 2000's, Maxwell begins to think differently about life in Area 11. When Vivian finally coax's Maxwell into helping her carry through with some special "plans", Maxwell finds himself in more trouble then he wanted to be in!
