Leopardpaw, a young apprentice, is determined to defeat the leader of this dog pack. Haunted by dreams of falling rocks his whole life, he is determined to prove himself not only to his older brother and mentor, Coldwind, but to the whole clan. His sister Frostpaw has no trouble fitting in, but Leopardpaw has yet to make any friends apart from Frostpaw. Will he ever fit in, or is he destined to be alone forever?
