Wings has spent her entire life feeling like an outcast. She is the only cat in her adopted family that was born with Wings, and she feels uncomfortable calling her friends her "siblings" after the way they had treated her in the past. In the meantime her real brother's patience is wearing thin, and then the unthinkable happens. The family is torn apart, and she is exiled from her home. This forces her to embark on a journey of self-discovery as she searches for a new place to live. Along the way she changes the lives of those she meets, but not necessarily for the better.
