Hey honey bunzz this is my first story ever on Wattpad and I'm so excited!! This is the overview of the story just so you can get the hang of it. Anyway enough of my babbling, ENJOY! Casey was in her last year of high school. She had great friends and family; the best in her opinion. Until her father drops a huge bomb on her whole family,a new guy moves in from across the street, and her sister goes missing only to return with a bigger secret than before... But before all hell breaks loose aka LIFE! Everything is amazing Mae, Casey's adored younger sister are both applying for colleges in California. Casey's best friend for freaking life;decides not to but will still live with them. Like always tagging along ha! The reason Cali is because they been stuck in the same small town called Riverspeak,Colorado (rivers-peak) forever. Ever since they official teenagers (13) they would bike all the way to a dead end road. They would take sparklers and run down the road at exactly midnight. They called their group The Midnight Walkers. Kadison had moved to Riverspeak,Colorado just as he was about to start his senior year in Washington DC. But when his mother dies from heart disease his dad puts his multi million dollar company on hold and up roots them back to his wife and his hometown. Kadison also has and older brother named Sawyer the one with the normal name (his mom wanted a girl named Adison). He only needed to go to school for half the year to pass. Sawyer and Kadison did have a little sister their mom always wanted she was 10 years old when her mom died. Since her mom always wanted her she decided to become her legacy and make her proud. She was like her in so many ways, a blessing and a curse. Now getting ready for the school year to start Casey Marlo, friends, family, and Kadison Bowen are in it for the long run.

I don't like the way he told me he needed to care for me. I felt like an obligation, a responsibility that he is carrying and carrying leads to getting tired and when people gets tired, they give up. I don't want them to give up on me. But they will, so it's good not to make them care for me in the first place. "I never needed anyone. I stopped needing anyone before, why start now?" I uttered the words again. Why? There is nothing to fight for. No mama. No papa. No sister to love me. No one. So why would I waste my life and the time of others to fix what is already broken - and someone who doesn't want to be fixed? If I may add. Maybe I gave up. No, scratch that. I gave up a long time ago - when my parents died, my hope and purpose went away with them.
