Tori is uncatchable. She's free, called the rebel child by her schoolmates and is happy to own up to it. 
Raised a society girl she keeps her reputation in the middle for her father's sake....

When Tori finds out a secret that was never meant to be uncovered....she jumps ship and runs away from everything familiar. Including Chase. 

As Tori gets mixed up in dangerous things, Chase tries to find her....Tori seemingly starts to move on but Chase can't. 
He knows she is the one. 
So he keeps chasing victoria....
