How We Met

"What are you staring at?", I said to him in a harsh tone. "At you beautiful.", he said as he stared at me while grinning. I rolled my eyes and continue to read my book. When his perfect dark brown eyes stared at me, I knew my life was going to change.

Alice Lopez, a smart, fierce Latina girl who moved to Los Angeles, California due to family problems. She has a brother, Ace, who is a year older than her, a sister, Crystal, who is a year younger than her, and another brother, Trace, who is 5 years old. Alice lives with her 3 siblings and her single mom in a decent apartment.

Mike Hernandez, one of the most popular player in Forestwood High School. He plays soccer at school because (1) he loves playing soccer and (2) to show off his moves to attract girls.

Alice and Mike was sophomores when Alice started to go to Forestwood High School. They became friends when they have dance class together. From that day onwards, they shared laughter, tears,anger, secrets,etc.
Will they stay as friends or will they become more than friends?
