Bridgette was wrapping gifts and she heard a scraping on the roof, slowly she looked up and saw the shadow of a big man and eight reindeer's. The man had a big bag full of large gifts and he was stuck in her chimney. Bridgette rushed to help him but when she had gotten to the roof the man had strangely disappeared. She went downstairs and checked in the fireplace but not a trace of him there, so she looked in her bedroom but no sight of him there either, she went and checked back in the living room where she had been wrapping gifts to find that he was sleeping on the couch. She quietly made him a cup of hot chocolate at shook him gently awake. He said that his name was Santa and his reindeer's names were: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen. Bridgette was delighted and she asked to hear more when she saw his bag wriggle, "Oh my goodness, Santa, your bag just moved." Bridgette said.
"Oh, it does that. Would you be such a dear as to reach into my bag and grab the wriggling creature and give it a life that it will love." He replied. She pulled out a gorgeous puppy.
"Is this for me?" She asked, and Santa nodded. She noticed a bright red collar with a circular metal dog tag on it that read in green writing: "Chester." Bridgette looked up to thank Santa for the wonderful gift and she saw that he had gone and there were presents underneath the Christmas Tree. She ran around the house looking for the jolly fellow, but there was no sign of him anywhere. Suddenly she heard a, "Ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas!" and bells jingling and she noticed that he had gone and the jingling of bells were the bells on Santa's sleigh. Bridgette felt as though she had to tell someone so she rang her friends to tell them that she had met Santa but none of them believed her, the her phone dinged and Santa had sent her a photo of himself with writing down the bottom saying, "If they didn't believe you send them this and they soon will believe that you met me."
