The endless void stretched on for eternity. Inky darkness swallowed the young girls soul. Tendrils of light flew from her soul and arks of neon sliced fruitlessly at the looming smog of black. The weak limp girl hung like a puppet with loose strings. Worlds were weaved and people sewn together from the scraps. Souls and a million stars floated like fireflies in the crushing blackness.

But the girls only screwed her eyes tighter and shut out the light and void. She preferred limbo. She strived for limbo. Silence.

And she did. But soon she got bored. She began to open her eyes. Slowly. She was star bound by the souls and floating stars and planets orbiting in the billowing petals of light, contrasting with the black sky behind the array of lights. And so she was happy in the darkened void.

Happy alone.

But inside she knew she couldn't float in the darkness for much longer. Because it was only a dream. All the souls and stars, the worlds and lights. All I her mind, her goddamn head.

Soon, she would have to wake up.
