boyfriends, kids, drugs what about me?

I am a 18 year old girl who lives in the hood i have been with many guys but known of them really loves me for the first time i get hit by my boyfriend. I meet this guy who likes me and my friend gets pregnant its too much for me to handle. I feel no one will love me.
