Most of werewolf stories seem to be written from the perspective of the human part. I thought it would be refreshing to try and see the world from the wolf part. My friend is helping me write this.

The Darkness of Beasts and Men
This is a short story about a young man and an incident he (somewhat) overcomes. This is a werewolf story, yes, but not a cliche-d one I hope, as it includes much more unhappiness and gore and such. There is no swearing, no nasty in-bed stuff, but there is gore. I mean, animal-mauling-blood-everywhere gore. Sorry, but in a werewolf reality, it would be rather dark and disturbing. If you do not like those things, please do not read for your own sake. Other than that, mild humor included. No idea if I'm going to write another story with the same sort of people or not, so I will get back to you later about that. Anyways, have fun and good luck. All characters' names and characteristics and fiction, I did not take them directly off somebody, so in cases of coincidence where you or someone you know looks like a character, my apologies, but I swear I didn't look up people and write their description. He was my mate, my other half. I was happy at first but like all good things, it must come to an end. Seeing it with my own eyes wasn't the worst part of it though. The worst part was the fact that he had the courage to tell me that he loved me when in reality, he didn't. Running away from him seemed like a good idea and it seems that fate thought that too. They cut through the wall of my heart and placed themselves on it . It hurt. But what he did to me had hurt even more. "That's right. You screwed up. Consider me lost." I said.
