Darkness In The Light

Just when I thought everything was going as planned, everything just becomes a disaster. My eyes reflect darkness when the road ahead of me is bright. Sometimes you're the darkness in my light, but my heart continues to hold onto you because somehow in some way you're also the light in my darkness. There's more pain in loving you than there is when forgetting you, but I can't seem to let go, so I'll probably leave you in the back of my mind or live with this aching heart that's longing to have your love.
