Eleanor

Nicolas and Eleanor were only four and seven when their parents died in a tragic accident in the capital of Belgium. Now, it was time for Nicholas to step up to the throne and become the king of Fortisua.

It has been 14 years since the induction ceremony of King Nicolas.

When Nicolas leaves on an assembly with the neighboring European countries in France, it is Eleanor's duty to take over the country for the time being.

However, during the two months of Nicolas being away, a dispute breaks out between Fortisua and France, causing Eleanor to flee.

With the whole country being shredded apart and Nicolas arriving back to Fortisua a week later, he comes back to the palace to find himself ambushed by the French and therefore gets killed in the encounter.

When the whole continent is informed of the king's death, the only person who chooses to take action and end the war is Philip, the 20-year-old king of Duxara who was a close friend of Nicolas.

Once Philip finds out more about Eleanor, he gradually begins to fall in love with her. However, he can only make a choice on whether to save the country of Fortisua or to marry Eleanor. Which one will he pick?
