I open my eyes to a world I have never seen before.
Wait, no.
I have seen this world.
This is my hometown. But..why does it seem so.. different?
Not bad different, but.. what's the word.. "good"?
No, "better"?
No. It just seems more.. bright.
As once I had awoken, everything had changed. Mom was actually not yelling at her computer as stressed as she could be, my brother's actually doing something productive, and everyone just seems so... different. it's like an alternate reality. But, why can't I feel anything? I touch my bed sheets, I don't even know if I touched them, I don't feel a thing. I feel my face, but not the wall. I can't feel anything but my own self.
What..is this world?
I know it's my home, but.. it seems so.. different. Not in a bad way, or a sad way.
Everyone's just so upbeat, just like how I imagined the world I want.
Is this some kind of miracle?
