My name is Skyler and I go to Aurin High, a school for vampires and werewolves. I am a vampire myself. I have a crush on my best friend, but he will never now how I truly feel. Besides he's a werewolf with a mate, and I dont know what I would do if he found out. I'd rather stay his friend than him be disgusted. 

My name is Chris, and I have a mate. However, I don't truly love her her. I have been forced to love someone I don't care for. But I do have someone I care for. The boy with silver hair and piercing blue eyes is the one who I feel I am destined to be with. But what would happen if he knew, or if my parents new. I must keep it hidden, even if it risks my happines. 

The title says it all.
If you are a vampire you simply cannot be with a werewolf. They are not allowed to fall in love with one another but as every other book goes, the two characters will defy the laws of nature for what they feel for one another.

But will another get in the way?

The war between vampires and angels had to be kept secret from human kind, and the species had to stay apart.
