Our planet had been on the way to destruction same as many others. However, we were able to turn it around but not without major irreversible genetic damage. It had been many years since a new female has been born on Uvis. We had set out and tried many other planets to find suitable breedable females. After much testing only one planet would work. Gaia or as the inhabitants called it Earth. We had been testing certain ones quietly. Working with their planet's leaders for a few years and have gotten the okay to reach out to the females of this planet. Everything was fine one day the next we kept losing power and then the announcements form the leaders and from an actual freaking alien! The offer was a good one for some, but could they be trusted? What would happen to the women who went to Uvis would they be treated well? Was it just a way to reduce the Earth's population so it was easier to take over? This is the same universe as Owned by them. New characters and a newer more civilized way of acquiring new females. This one is a bit more mature. I was writing this at the same time as the other. Walter is physically repugnant to Kali and she's extremely grateful he does not have sex with her. But she wonders what he does in his room where he increasingly spends most of his time. After Walter loses his job he renovates his basement and selects an attractive university student, Stephen, as the tenant. A few months later he informs Kali that they will be visiting the basement apartment and Stephen the following evening and that she needs to get a good night's sleep and bathe following work the next day. This story is based on a divorce case I edited many years ago while working at my first job as a legal editor for a publishing company. As I edited these cases I learned over and over again that truth can indeed be stranger and even kinkier than fiction.

Kathleen had been imprisoned for years. She had no idea who they were or why she was there. Every day for years it had been the same thing. No talking or communicating with her captors after the first year she no longer tried. Getting beaten for making any noise at all. They didn't even speak within hearing distance of her. She was given a book and daily exercise but hadn't seen the sun or outside since she was put in her cell. Until that day when it all changed.
