They say fear ends where faith begins
But my faith is just ashes in the wind
And anxiety catches my breath through the fallen cracks of my broken reality
And it's only just the beginning.
------------------------------
Sophie is best friends with Daniel and is just getting over the death of her mother. She only recently convinced herself that her mother's death was an accident, but after someone sneaks into her room at night, she feels she can't trust anyone, especially since Daniel stopped believing in her suspicions... But that changes when she meets Oliver. He understands her. He starts to take up most of her time, and she rejects Daniel's request to amend their friendship. This only leads to frustration and anger. Manipulated, Sophie starts making decisions on a whim, putting herself and others in danger, when all she wants is answers.
(I'll improve this summary as I go,so please bear with me. I have the first two chapters written now and I really just want to post them)
