20 year old Kai is the prince of Camelot. His father, the king, is preparing his kingdom for war. Kai soon becomes the new King of Camelot when his father is mysteriously poisoned. Kai struggles to win the war and find his father's killer, all while craving some blood.... did I forget to mention, he's not your typical prince/king, he's half Vampire and half Demon.

For as long as I could remember vampires ruled other humans. I found it that way and I believed that was an injustice. Not like I could do much about it. Once I turned of age, I would be sold as a blood slave, a pet and my life would possibly end. I never liked these creatures to begin with. Adding salt to injury I was bought by a royal vampire, the prince. I cursed the day I was born. Maybe not all vampires were the same, but for humans that was just wishful thinking.
