When "Ryan Andrew" decided that he had enough of the wretched life he had created for himself on the surface, he instantly signed up for new recruitment of an underwater city known as "Rapture". A city built for hard working class citizens that determined their own fates and how far up the social ladder they went. Not thinking that he would be selected, a week later, he found himself in a bathysphere that brought him right to the dream land. At first, it was all roses. Ryan was a hard working man who quickly learned how to move up the ladder but, one day a man recognizes a certain talent Ryan has and things change, quickly.
Soon, Ryan finds that Rapture is not the "heaven on earth" that it is advertised as. He finds himself thrown in a plot of war between two men he had only ever heard of. Can Ryan decipher which side is "good" and which side is "bad" before Rapture erupts in the war of a century? Or will Rapture become one of the many cities left for surface dwellers to forever ponder?

War had just broke out between the states of America. Two states remained. Yet only one wins. One state had won by peace and one state had won by destruction. The day of the fight, the state of distinction launched a nuke. Yet they had under estimated the power the nuke had. There's a saying going around. It's been going around for years, "you are either born to live in Hell's City or you're born to visit".
