The Black Bag (Part 1 of 2)

Richard Brammer is a run-of-the-mill 'normal' boy, living in a normal life with a single father. Despite his talents and intelligence, he has always been a social wallflower. There isn't a time when he didn't wish that he'd stay that way forever... but that wish isn't properly granted:

Everything changed when he is discovered by a lone girl named Sophie after a particularly rough day.

Now, Richard has always known that Sophie is someone out of the ordinary. But among the secrets she keeps; he is very intrigued by the black bag, an item she seems to be very fond of. But that is one secret that she prefers to keep to herself.

This story not only tells about the contemplative thoughts of all characters about each other and their experiences over the years, but also about Richard finally discovering the secret of the black bag... and fearing that it may very well steal away the life of the friend he has grown to care about for so long...
