To help, however, may be harder than he reckoned, for, In the Empires of man, Friends are harder to find than foes... A Steampunk Story. I wrote this to hone my writing skills, so the writing style does get a little better. I keep the beginning in it's cringe-y state because the friend who got me to write this likes to remind me how far I've come.
