This is how I think Storm Hawks would continue and I kinda did a crossover with the star wars the clones series. It also has a bit of a story with Aerrow and Piper as well as they may meet a new long lost character to. Will they beat Cyclonis or will she win and can they Aerrow admit his feelings.

Not so long ago, humanity fought the gods above them. The war against the Ethereals was long and bloody, and only the discovery of magic saved humanity from total annihilation. Story version of my video on YouTube requested by CarlottaStudios. The story happens during the first "battle to end all battles" that occurred 10 years prior to the cartoon's present events (basically, that very battle in which the Dark Ace betrays the original Storm Hawks and kills Lightning Strike, the one that always appears in the opening and was shown in more detail in the episode 46, "Origins"). Aerrow and Piper are not part of the "new Storm Hawks" like they are in the cartoon, and they're 16, instead of 14. Dark Ace will be an adult and not a teenager. Aerrow will be Lightning's son, I might adjust Lightning's age so it'll be more acceptable that he'd have a son at the age of 16... Maybe if he were 36, that'd mean he had his son when he was 20. Pretty plausible age, I guess.Complete
The Abyss of Time
Twenty years after the end of the Cyborg War, the last cyborgs try to hijack a starship on its way to terraform an alien world. They want the new colony to be a cyborg colony in which they will rebuild their strength and practice their way of life. During the fighting, though, the starship is damaged, so that instead of travelling light years across space it ends up a billion years in the future, alongside a planet Earth that is near the end of its life. The cyborgs, momentarily defeated, leave the ship in a captured landing craft and go down to the planet, but before they go, they sabotage the ship so that it is no longer able to support life. The crew have no choice but to follow them down to the planet, where they have to fight not just the cyborgs but also forms of life a billion years more evolved than humans. Creatures that have grown tough and hardy in an attempt to cope with the increasingly harsh conditions that prevail there. As if things weren't bad enough, there is conflict among the ship's crew as they fight to decide which of them will be in charge, and how they will meet the challenges facing them, and even if they survive all this they will still have to deal with the discovery of the ultimate fate that awaits all intelligent life in the universe...Complete
