Allison Puckett is a sick child. At least, that's what her foster father says. That's why she's going to the mental hospital, so she can get healthy. 

She meets Blue, and suddenly her entire world is flipped. She wonders if it's possible for two broken people to be able to love again.

After a while, she realizes that her sickness is not what she thought it was, and she has to get out before it's too late. And she isn't leaving without Blue.
