The moonlight highlighted the dark ridges of his mask and his green eyes shone through the dark leather, as equally enticing and mesmerizing as they'd been that night they danced on the Eiffel Tower. "I'm a cat, Mari." he whispered. He wrapped his arms around her waist and the heat from his body made her shiver in the cold. She pressed her palms against his chest and his warm breath ruffled her fringe. Chat offered her a small smile, her heart hammering in her chest. "And sometimes..." he dipped his head down to hers. "We cats tend to stray." ~~~ While out one night in the park, Chat Noir finds Marinette and tries to escort her home safely. But she's injured protecting him from an akuma and he feels responsible for her. Intent on making it up to her, Chat Noir visits her regularly to make sure she's doing well. But it doesn't take long before their meetings become more than just casual check-ups. Bad things happen when superheroes fall for civilians, but even with the threat of Hawk Moth looming around, Chat can't seem to stay away. Will the risks be worth it in the end? a miraculous ladybug fanfiction (i don't own any of the images) features the ships Marichat, Ladynoir and Adrienette! there is no sin. (or my mom would kill me! lol) there is quite a bit of kisses though! ;) this story is set in the current season 2 of miraculous ladybug, except they are 16 in this instead of 14, for reasons... where adrien is starting to develop a fondness for adorable, clumsy marinette, even though he still loves ladybug as chat noir. marinette has always been crazy about adrien, posters of his face everywhere in her room, she can barely talk to him! but now she has realized that her feelings for chat noir have been changing as well.ladybug's instincts is to push chat noir away in hopes that these feelings will disappear but they only grow. Adrien suddenly grows closer with his shy classmate, marinette and feels that he's betraying ladybug. With their identities unknown to each other, Adrien and marinette struggle with the confusion of loving more than one person. while on patrol, chat noir detransforms and a certain civilian sees, (not who you think tho ;) that civilian had already discovered the identity of ladybug and eventualy chat noir figures it out too. with his realization that he only ever loved one gives him confidence and the romantic feelings for marinette to grow. though ladybug still does not know who chat noir is. will the truth finely come out? or will marinette remain confused, bouncing back and forth between what she believes is two guys? read to find out.... *also, i would very much appreciate comments, im new here, and it would be very helpful if i knew what you liked about the chapter. and weather i should change it* DISCLAIMER: All character rights go to Thomas Astruc and the producers of the netflix series.
