The small town of the appropriately named Thicket is a secluded, remote area surrounded by walls of trees on either side thicket. There is no escape from this reclusive town. Only one road out of there, miles and miles from any sign of civilization. Anyone who 'leaves', never leaves. Or returns. That is the environment for Devon. An outcast with 'imaginary' friends.
