Always together, always against each other. Richard Shields and Alexandra Knight had been in the same schools, the same classes, and the same institutions ever since kindergarten. Even the same dreams of becoming the best agent in their department.

With the sudden rise in criminal activity, Shields and Knight HAVE TO pair up together to solve the case, and even possibly safe the world from an electrical shock wave than can send the world back to the primitive ages and cause total chaos.
