VenoMedicine is one of the world's greatest leaders in the advancement of medicine. Using various toxins found in animals of all sorts, the doctors extract healing from venom, honey from poison. VenoMedicine is the savior of ailments.

Behind the scenes, however, yields a surprising discovery. Human subjects, all minors, are the key components of VenoMedicine's experiments. Or, at least, partially human.

Merlin and his "escargatoire" are willing participants in the testings. They are glad to be making a difference in the world. But when one of them discovers that VenoMedicine is creating toxins for more than miracle healings, they know they have to try to stop the corporation.

Just one problem.

Weeks pass and the streets become deserted with the exception of the red eyed zombies that wandered around. One night she notices a swiftly moving figure with glowing blue eyes in the street below. Should she call out or remain silent?
