Second Chance (PAW Patrol AU)

Rocky has been abused by the ones that are supposed to love him unconditionally - his own parents. A series of events leads to his placement in foster care.

There, he meets Officer Chase who, after saving his life at school, decides with his wife, Skye, to adopt him. Overjoyed, now Rocky has a new family.

But, his past slowly comes back to haunt him. Old memories fill his young mind, leading to the revelation of fears and doubts.

Can Rocky get over his past, or will he reach a breaking point?
