When you’re born an angel, life is already hard. When you have extremely protective parents and a brother who you love to death, but hates you because you “steal all the attention”, it’s exceptionally hard.
For everyone other than mom, dad, Josie, Malcolm and Luke, I study at a boarding school in London. In reality, my mom tutors me while my father is out working. Well, tutored me. After the age of ten, I discovered it was much easier to educate myself. Now she pretty much shops until she drops. But that’s okay, cuz’ we’re pretty much the richest people ever.
It’s only when my brother brings his friends home, because he was tired of not being able to show off his house (more like mansion), that I meet his friends…. One particularly stands out, and the whole boarding school façade falls apart, that I have to go to his school. Of course, I can hide my wings and not use my powers... But for how long can I really do that?

I'm Cody Daniels. Average fifteen year old guy; my life revolves around my mates, football and girls. So, with every demon not in Hell after my booty, I'm going to track down my demonic dad, set the record straight and earn the respected title of 'Angel' in my new community... Psshht. Older Brothers
Drama. Drama. Drama. That pretty much describes my life. I mean when your living with your 7 older brothers, 5 cousins, best friends, and a 3 month old baby, life can't get any better! And then there's school. Well school is school. Loaded with a the different 'groups' of kids. The geeks, popular, etc. And last but not least, my parents. We don't even know where they are most the time since they go on business trips after business trips. They come for for a week at the most and leave again. My family is not rich, but not poor. I don't endulge in romance like this it's just fun to write. This is also a slow burn. If you're impatient and want character development fast this book isn't for you. I want to keep this story as realistic as possible and people changing their ways overnight isn't. I also just love books where not everything is sped through and you really get to know the characters and their habits.
Leaving Hell (Book 3 in the Dark Angel series)
Growing up in hell has been completely normal to me, being surrounded by demon's and evil soul's is nothing, they don't scare me. But the day mom told me I will be I would be going to high school, now that scared me. I have managed to put her off til I turned seventeen, that was a few month's ago and school starts next week. I have no idea how to blend into their world. Sure I visit from time to time when I was younger but not lately. I have spent my time here, studying and learning to fight.
