When you’re born an angel, life is already hard. When you have extremely protective parents and a brother who you love to death, but hates you because you “steal all the attention”, it’s exceptionally hard.
For everyone other than mom, dad, Josie, Malcolm and Luke, I study at a boarding school in London. In reality, my mom tutors me while my father is out working. Well, tutored me. After the age of ten, I discovered it was much easier to educate myself. Now she pretty much shops until she drops. But that’s okay, cuz’ we’re pretty much the richest people ever.
It’s only when my brother brings his friends home, because he was tired of not being able to show off his house (more like mansion), that I meet his friends…. One particularly stands out, and the whole boarding school façade falls apart, that I have to go to his school. Of course, I can hide my wings and not use my powers... But for how long can I really do that?

"You're such a fucking slut. Get changed." He demanded. I could tell he was daring me to disobey by his stern glare. "No dad." I attempted to walk past him to go back to the party before he picked me up and threw me over his shoulder, walking us to his car. I screamed and kicked for him to let me down but he held on even tighter until aggressively slamming me into the passenger seat. Will their relationship actually work or will they both end up with their heads blown off? ------- Mature content⚠️ - mentions and some SA - cursing - abuse - depression and suicidal thoughts This is kinda dark romance. I don't endulge in romance like this it's just fun to write. This is also a slow burn. If you're impatient and want character development fast this book isn't for you. I want to keep this story as realistic as possible and people changing their ways overnight isn't. I also just love books where not everything is sped through and you really get to know the characters and their habits.

My life used to be pretty boring. Everything was average. Normal family, normal looks, normal house, normal job, normal life. The only non-boring aspect of my life was my best friend which was only because she always managed to mess it up somehow. I didn't really mind much because it kept things interesting. The bad boy starts getting me involved? A new group of friends? What happens when things start to turn over for Chloe? She becomes more confident and gains more trust. But as the same time she cracks. It's a bumpy ride but she has plenty of help along the way- lets just hope her brothers don't interfere to much on the ride.
