Liana lost her sister. She has promised herself to protect her brother now. But when she is told strange news, she is separated from him. She might have to break the promise without a choice. And then she meets someone she thought was gone forever. She is brought into a whole other world, where things are confusing and dangerous. And where things exist only in fairytales and myths. But what about Liana's other life? Her parents, her friends, and the world that Liana actually came from. Or, did she?
But then Liana's life is threatened when she makes an enemy that you wouldn't be able to imagine. She will have to learn self defense, how to fight and how to survive by herself. But as she makes new friends, she doesn't know who to trust in this world, especially now that she had been betrayed by the person she trusted most. Can Liana protect her siblings, her family, herself, and both parts of the world?

Suddenly, the safe, insulated world she created for herself is riddled with violence, fear...and a growing pile of dead bodies.
