(This is a sequel to Danganronpa: Darkened Hope. I recommend that you read Darkened Hope if you haven't already, both to avoid spoilers for that story, and to contextualize this one.) Another killing game.... another bunch of students.... another story of murder and betrayal and deceit.... But this time.... Something's different. When Benshirou Kuwahara woke up in the courtyard behind a mansion, he didn't know what to expect. At first glance, it appeared he was being held hostage with fifteen other students with exceptional talent in certain skills, somewhat like himself. But the truth was much more horrifying than just a simple kidnapping. Monokuma, the supposed landlord of "Despairblood Manor," as he called it, was nothing but sadistic and cruel. To escape, one must murder. With this one simple rule in place, everyone's lives are in danger. What will become of the Ultimates residing in the mansion? How many will die? How many will survive? Will they ever know the answers to these questions, or will the bloodshed keep on going?

In my world you have to be one of the Elite. After graduating from 8th grade it is a shitshow. You wait long intense nights filled with fear because you know one day they will come for you. I can tell based off of the haunted look in there eyes it's nothing good. I've heard tall tales of a place full of hopes and dreams. They call this place High school. High school is just that though...a dream. In the real world all we have is the cruise. The cruise where some never return from. In my world it is survival of the fittest.
