Mickey Piece was the schools matchmaker. Everyone came to her for advice on how to get the person they want or to keep the person they have. She's been responsible for many lasting relationships, but there's one problem. She's never been in a relationship herself....and she's a senior. One day she's challenged by the school's bad boy and player to work we match making skills and try to get him to fall for him. Mickey never backs down from a fight, so she accepts the challenge. The hardest part? She only has a week.

Megan Stewart hasn't known much happiness. She's only 17, but her life has been hard. However, despite all that she's been through, Megan keeps a smile on her face. Meet Jared Wesly. He's the bad boy of the school. However, he's not so much a bad boy. He's simply misunderstood. Only, he's been through quite a lot, just like Megan. In fact, they have more in common than Megan knows. When Jared and Megan's worlds collide (quite literally), Megan finds herself drawn to the boy that annoys her to no end, teases her, but makes her feel happy and protected, something almost unknown to her. Megan must make a choice in the end: Does she take a chance with the familiar boy, or does he become another "What if?" in her life? NOTE: I first wrote this story when I was around 13-14, so there will be cliches and cringe-worthy writing at moments. *Caution: Some language*
