You'd think having to be in a mental facility would be what ruined Lux Crawford's life; but no. It was her addiction. Not to any dangerous narcotic, but to a dangerous boy. Lux was always warned about the drugs that came in a bottle or a tightly wrapped paper, but never the ones with a beautiful face and a beating heart.
Elliot Grayson was what ruined her life, but he was later what saved it. Once the late nights, the spontaneous adventures, the laughs, and the moments of sheer affection came, Lux was hooked.
And so was Elliot.
But this blue eyed boy had secrets of his own as well. He was broken, and no matter how hard he tried to escape the past, it would always consume him, that is, until Lux comes along, crazy eyed, dirty mouthed, and kicking a vending machine.
