When a sudden comet appears in the sky, citizens of Massachusetts have to rush to safety, and after the comet hits, it leaves only about 75 people left... in the whole state of Massachusetts.
    
    Willa's family was not part of that 75.
    
    A new leader decides to help the people of Massachusetts: Cara Sharp. At least that's what the people think. Cara wants everyone to live in a new city in the un-damaged part in Massachusetts.
    
    But Willa rebels by attempting to leave the state. And she's not the only one.
