Sequoia never knew her parents. In fact, she doesn't even know who named her, or her last name on that matter. People usually stop to stare at her odd green hair color, or her changing eyes. She has had a moderately happy life with her best friend, Zelda, on top of the clouds where the people of Rump live. This is why it comes as a shock when they fall through the clouds.
