There is no stopping to his madness. He has given open challenge to them that he won't kill anyone if everyone is able to hide their magic until everyone is magician. The moment everyone is magician he will give up. Plus the students are free to kill him. He won't attack them until they are magicians. But will the students able to hide their magic? On the top of that a new child joins the orphanage. See the interesting turns of events that are going to happen.
