Elvy is a 15 year old girl that always felt out of place. It had nothing to do with that fact that that she is adopted or not being popular in school. She had enough friends and she never once questioned how much her parents loved her, yet the only time she feels comfortable and truly at peace is when she is in the water. She is the top swimmer in her school and her best friend Michael always told her that he thought she would be content spending all her time in a pool. Lately things have begun to change in her life, from have illusions of a great, powerful and destructive storm on a bright summer day. To over hearing her parents talk about a secret they have been keeping from her that they are going to tell her on her upcoming 16th birthday. She has no idea that her life is about to change in a major way forever and things she never thought existed will become part of her life. She will discover amazing abilities that she never knew she possessed and with these great abilities, that she has to hone and find a way to control comes great responsibility. Elvy will discover why she loves the water so much and how it is that she see’s visions while swimming and she will discover that she is so much more than human.

She felt water falling on her face as Evie followed the waves, pushing her along. It felt like a dream, her body propelling her up to the surface as she struggled to gain some control over her body. Her thoughts were incoherent, a jumbled mix of sounds she could not begin to vocalise. What was she doing here? Where was she? Snapping her eyes open as she heard a distant boom that echoed for miles around, completely alone in the middle of a lightning storm. Which was strange because Evie didn't remember swimming to the ocean's surface to brave the cold.

When they arrive at the Forbidden Island, he's excited to show Angel and the students the tour of the Island, while staying away from a certain area. The Forbidden Island is said to hold a dark past. Angel and her friends leave the yacht and accidentally gets left behind when the yacht leaves. So they have to find a way off the Forbidden Island but it's more difficult than they thought. They decide to go to the area where the dark past took place. When they dwell deeper inside, they discover something truly magical.

If Lucia gets a kiss by the merman, she'll be a mermaid for all eternity. If the princess gets a kiss from the prince on land, she will be human again. If not, she will be lost in the world of water. Regardless, he doesn't fight, not wanting to make it worse. Worry increases when she's spotted again. Muriel begins to develop a crush on Prince Philip after he frees her from the net. When her sister's displeasure with her grows worse, Muriel seeks to avoid it. In a desperate attempt to do so she finds herself cave of the sea witch Minerva. Philip's kindness remains prominent in her mind when Minerva offers her a choice to be a human. Hesitantly she agrees, unaware of how different the human world from hers. Philip's bodyguard begins to catch on that Muriel is different and Percy and the king quickly become desperate to find her. My own version of "The Little Mermaid" by Hans Christian Andersen. Used to be called, "Mermaid Wish." (Magic in this world works differently than in my series, 'Tèarmann Chronicles')
